Located in the adventure capital of Australia. The Cairns Bungy Tower was constructed in 1990 and has played host to more than five million visitors. Set in lush tropical rainforest, the Bungy site occupies seven acres of unique land surrounded by pristine world heritage listed rainforest. Natural Australian wildlife also frequent the site with wildlife such as goanna’s, snakes, bush turkey's and wallabies just to name a few. Cairns is one of busiest and most popular bungy sites in the world. Bungy jumping people like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Slash from Gun’s & Roses, Miss Universe plus many others have visited over the last 19 years. This site is unique as it offers a world first 16 different jump styles including extreme roof and BMX bike jumps.
In 2000 the Minjin Swing was designed allowing 1,2 or 3 people at a time to swing through the rainforest at speeds of up to 120km/ph. Check out the Sunday session every week, live bands, cold drinks and plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the tropical weather.
